318 How to split a long story into smaller pieces

- [Narrator] InDesign makes it easy to thread frames together so that the text story goes from one frame to the next, right. And you can see where those threads are by selecting any one frame inside the thread, then going to the View menu, choosing Extras, and then choosing Show Text Threads. So that's great. But unthreading frames, breaking them apart, well, that's a different story and it can actually be quite frustrating. I mean, it's easy to break a thread. You simply select one of those objects, then click on its import or outport and then click on top of the frame itself. But that just breaks the chain at that point. What if I want to break the thread but keep the text inside the frames? Well, that's possible, but you have to use a free script to do it. Here, let me go back to the way it was.
