- [Vocieover] If you are an InDesign user who works with InCopy users, collaborates with them on publications, this tip is for you. I've created an InDesign document here and I've exported all the stories to InCopy. And you can see if I jump over to InCopy that I've opened up that layout and here they are in InCopy, right? This should not look new to anybody who's used to InCopy. By the way, if you're not used to InCopy, I do have a course on lynda.com called Collaborative Workflows with InDesign and InCopy, one of my favorite programs. And it comes free with Creative Cloud. But the tip here for you existing InCopy and InDesign users, it has to do with talking with each other. It has to do with communicating with each other within the layout. Now you probably know that you can already do that by inserting notes into text frames. It only works with text frames that are part of the workflow, the frames that have this little globe here because I've already exported all these to InCopy…
