241 Three ways to move styles from one InDesign file to another

- [Voiceover] The other day, a client asked me a really good question. She called me up, she's an InDesign learner and she wanted to know, how do I save out the styles in a document so I can use them in another doc? And I was like, hmm, that's a very good question. I mean she went to the paragraph styles panel, and then opened up the menu, and she was looking for save styles. You could see that there's load styles. Which means import in Adobe ease. But there's no save styles, even though you do have the ability for say, in Adobe PDF presets, you can save out your presets. And there's lots of other places where you can save things out, like in swatches for example. But not with styles. So I thought this would make a great InDesign Serets tip. There are lots of different ways that you can move styles from one document to the other. Almost all of them involve bringing text that's been formatted with that style, though.
