- [Voiceover] I have these two tables here, one after the other, but I want to put this second one up here in this space, to the right of the first one. And it seems like that should be possible, right? But in InDesign, each table typically lives on its own line, even if it's part of the same paragraph. Now, I suppose I could cut one out and put it in a different text frame, and then position it where I want it, but that's not very elegant and it would be a hassle if the text reflowed, or the design changed or something. So, let me show you two ways that you can keep these tables in the same story, but put them side by side. The first method is putting them both inside another table. For example, I'm gonna double-click down here, that switches to the Type tool and places the text cursor there. Then, I'll press Return to get a new paragraph. Now, I'm gonna go up to the Table menu, and I'll choose Insert Table. Now in this case, I don't want a four by four, I want this to be just one…
