Working with the Autocorrect feature
By default, InCopy is set up to automatically correct any common misspellings you may make while you're entering text. It works just like Word's own autocorrect feature, only I think it's a little bit more intelligent. Let's say, for example, in this story that I've checked out, see the word "the." I'm going to delete the word "the," and this is what something I always do. I type teh instead like this. I type t-e-h and then type space, but yay, InCopy saves me. These common corrections are what it does. Sometimes though, you have a word that you commonly enter incorrectly and InCopy doesn't know about it enough to change it. Like let's say, I don't know, for example, environment. Say that you always get it envi and then orment. Let's try that, envior there we go, environment. Type a space. I didn't correct it. You can actually add this to InCopy's Autocorrect features. Let's do that. I'm going to actually select my misspelling and copy it to the clipboard. Now let's take a look at…
