Working with and without the bounding box

- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll draw a couple of lines that we're actually going to use and I'll show you why it's generally a good idea to turn off the bounding box. All right, so the first thing I want to do is select all these lines and get rid of 'em. So the first step is to go up to the select menu and choose the all command, which has a very handy keyboard shortcut of Control A here on the PC, or Command A on the Mac, and that will select every single one of the lines. We are not selecting the guidelines because I have them locked down. If the guidelines were not locked, I would've selected them as well, which would be disastrous because my next step is to press the Backspace key, or the Delete key on the Mac, and if the guidelines were selected, I would get rid of them as well.
