Working with swatch tints
- [Instructor] Recolor art offers several options when working with tinted global colors. I know that this art contains color fills that are actually tinted values of global colors. So let's take a look at how to work with these tints in recolor art. I'll select all of the art and then enter recolor art with the color wheel icon. If we take a close look at the current colors listed on the left here, when we get to the gold we see that there's actually three tinted values of the gold color, and they're all combined on the same row. Well that setting is handled under the color reduction options, which we get to with this icon here. I'll click on that to bring up the color reduction options, and we see this option here where it says combine tints. Because that's selected, those gold colors are all combined on the same row. I'm going to turn that off and say okay, and then I need to click the eye dropper tool to reset all of the colors to the artwork color, and that took every tinted…
