Using quick separations

- [Instructor] Let's continue our look at Astute Graphics InkQuest by trying out the quick separations feature and the separations panel. I'll start by choosing view, InkQuest output preview, quick separations. And we have controls here for panning and zooming, since you can't use Illustrator's normal panning and zooming while this dialogue box is open. And there are controls for turning off and on all process color plates, all spot colors, or any individual ones. You can hold option or alt and click a color to view it alone. And option or alt click to bring the others back. You can also click generate separations to create a new file, and in that new file, it flattens all transparency and embeds all images, which can be helpful in some workflows for achieving 100% reliable output.
