- In this movie, we're going to talk about Actions. And if you haven't used Actions before, I think you're in for a treat. I have a lot of fun with these. Actions are a way of recording a number of steps that'll allow you to repeat that with one click of a button, rather than having to do each step independently. And there are a few steps that we do repeat over and over and over again when we're drawing flats. And they're perfect for making Actions. So let me show you how to do it. You're going to go up to Window and open the Actions panel. And you'll notice it comes with a bunch of preloaded Adobe Actions which are kind of cool but not very useful for us. So we're going to select and delete them. I know I do this a lot, but it really helps to have an uncluttered workspace. There's no point in scrolling through a bunch of Adobe Actions that you're not using to get to the ones that we want. Now one of the things that we're going to do over and over again is buttons.
