- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to trace a complex image including this guy's head, his arm and his fingers using the Pen tool. Now, for those of you who are working along with me, notice here inside the the Paths panel that I have the complete outline which is the entire path and to see what that looks like, I'll go ahead and select my black arrow tool a.k.a. the Path Selection Tool, and then I'll go ahead and click on the Paths outline like so and you can see that it contains at least 100 anchor points but I'm also including this partial outline right here which traces the left half of his body as well as right the right hind leg and what we're going to do is trace everything else starting with the head. So, I'm going to go ahead and zoom in on this guy like so and I want to get nice and close. Now, for those of you who'd like a little bit of an assist, notice if you switch back over to the Layers panel, that I have a couple of layers. One of which is called path outline…
