- Now we've just seen how to export our layered Illustrator file over into Photoshop and you can see that Photoshop has respected that layer structure but a lot of those things have been converted from vector artwork to raster artwork. A lot of these things have been basically merged together or flattened together. What if I want to make a change? Now, this happens a lot when it comes to these aircraft profiles especially if you want to do different versions of the profile. In my case, maybe I don't like the little dragon logo up here in the front. The logo itself is okay but maybe I want a green dragon instead of the black dragon. Maybe there was different versions of this in this particular squadron. How would I change that now that this is a raster piece of artwork? Well, yeah, there's certain tools over here in the toolbox that may help me with that but nothing is as easy as just selecting it and changing the color and that's what I get with Illustrator.
