I would not recommend this. It is UI — not UX, and the instructor never explains any usability decisions. He is just playing with Illustrator to make a poorly-designed mockup. He makes a two-page site with no navigation! The contact form has no accessibility. Just an open field with a submit. Doesn't ask for name, email, or any other method of getting back in touch. Thankfully, it's very short.
