Scaling objects

Scaling objects

- Using the Perspective Selection tool, you can easily scale existing objects on their given planes. Keep in mind, though, that when you scale using the bounding box, you're also transforming the object in perspective. So in this case, I actually wanna add a billboard to the top of my theater. So I'm gonna draw out a rectangle, fill it with white, give it a stroke. And I wanna have this fit exactly inside of the theater marquee, so I'm gonna switch back to my Perspective Selection tool. I can transform the object using my bounding box, but also I have the ability to scale this as needed. Keep in mind that when you scale, it has to all be on the same perspective plane. If I add another object, say I wanna put a poster on my wall here, and I have both selected, what will happen is, when I move one, that will stay on that perspective plane only. If I try and move the other one, it will only stay on that perspective plane. I cannot move both at the same time.
