- [Instructor] If you are using one of Illustrator's gradient tools, such as the gradient, maybe the blend tool or the mesh one, or even 3D effects, such as I'm using here in this example, you may see some bizarre color blending and aliasing problems when you bring those vectors graphics to After Effects. And in this case, we can actually see those problems over here in this illustration. So let's just zoom in so you can get a sense of what I'm talking about. Hopefully, you can see these thin hairline lines that are the art effect of using here a very simple shape. Let me just open up the Appearance with the 3D Revolve effect. So, Illustrator will try its best to blend those colors and gradients to create a smooth result. But sometimes, as we are seeing over here, this is not the case. So the first thing that you need to check here inside Illustrator, is that you are previewing your work using the CPU. So, go to the View menu and change it to View using CPU.
