- [Instructor] Grids don't have to be rectangular. In this example, I'm going to show you how we can work with a radial grid to create these clock face icons, similar to these icons, which just illustrate the passage of time. So, to do this, I'm going to create them on a separate artboard. I come to my Artboard Tool and then click on New Artboard and position the new artboard to the right of my existing artboard, hold down my space bar, and then reposition that within my window. To start with, I am going to divide my page into a grid of four columns and three rows. So, I'll choose my Rectangular Grid Tool and drag a rectangle across my artboard to the size of my artboard. Right arrow, left arrow will change the number of columns. Up arrow, down arrow will change the number of rows. So, I want four columns, three rows. I'm then going to covert those to guides. And if they disappear, that must mean that my guides are not shown. I'm going to show my guides. And I also want to make sure…
