Power-duplicating the petals of the star logo
- [Voiceover] In this movie, we're gonna take advantage of what's known as power duplication. Alternately called, series duplication. In order to duplicate the paths that we've created so far in order to create the entire star logo. Alright, so I'll go ahead and switch over to my documents so far. These guys are no longer representative because their tops are not skewed properly. So I'm just gonna partially mark even with a black arrow tool and press backspace key or the delete key on the Mac to get rid of them. Now go ahead and marquis these two guys in order to select them. And then select the rotate tool. And by the way if ever you don't see the rotate tool at this location, that's because it's here in the fly out menu with the reflect tool. But in any event I'm going to select the rotate tool and then you want to alt click at the intersection of these two guides right here. The original center guides inside the document so just a little bit to the left of the purple shape right…
