- [Voiceover] In this movie I'll show you how to package your document, complete with all linked images and all fonts. So, that you can hand it off to a commercial printer knowing that you have every single file that the printer will need. And, so here we are looking at that version of the phototype with a linked image, as opposed to an embedded one. So, there's a chance I could give this document to a printer without the image, and that would create a big problem. Basically, the link would be missing. And, so it's generally a good idea to go ahead and package the document by going up to the File menu, and choosing the Package command, and then, here inside the Package dialogue box I'll just go ahead and rename the sub-folder into which all of the files will be copied. And then, you have a handful of check boxes to choose from. First, you definitely wanna copy your linked images, so leave that check box on. You probably wanna collect 'em in a separate folder.
