- [Instructor] I'd like to show you how to create this offset path effect. I'll delete the original and recreate it from scratch. The typeface that I'm using here is Bouchery Cursive and I got to this by coming to my fonts, down at the bottom, more fonts. It's in the cursive tag. I'm going to duplicate that and then come to my layers, open up layer one. And so that we can understand what's going on, I will hide that top layer and then come and select the copy beneath. I need to convert this to an outline. I'll tap done to confirm that. I'm now going to come and change its fill and it's stroke. And importantly, the fill color and the stroke color need to be the same. Come to the properties panel and massively increase the stroke weight. So much so that the interior counter space fills in. You may find that in doing this, your stroke develops these devil horns that I see here and here. Obviously we don't want those…
