- New Year's is around the corner so what do you say we create a little image to kinda set the mood for it? What we're gonna do is create a little clock, that's where we're gonna start. So, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna get my ellipse tool here and I'm gonna draw a nice big circle. Big circle. And let's go in and there and just make even bigger. Let's just pull a back a little bit so we can see more of the screen here and we'll just kind of make it this way. Nice and big. Right in there like that. Okay, there we have our circle. So, now, we're gonna do things to this circle. So, let's just move it down just a little bit 'til we get just that area right in there like that, and I'm gonna get a nice color. I'm gonna pick a nice golden color. So, let's say we pick this kind of a golden rod right there like that and then a layer right on top of this. So, I'm gonna go ahead and stroke this. So, I'm gonna get my paintbrush, make it a little bigger, make sure it's got a hard edge, yep, it's…
