The image on a screen right now a view from a hotel on a very gloomy and rainy day. Really miserable day. But the picture doesn't really convey it that much. It does look pretty gloomy, but you really felt a lot worse that day and you really want to convey the feeling that you got. So what we're going to do is make it that much gloomier. So I'm going to go in, right off the bat. I'm going to create a layer on top of this, which I'll call rain. And we're going to create the rain. because it's raining, but you don't really see the rain coming down. It's a little grainy. You don't see the rain. So, I'm going to take that layer and I'm going to, fill it with black. Black is a background color so Im just going to hit my command delete key and it will fill it with the background color, there we go. I'm going to introduce some noise, filter add noise, and I got a very high amount set up there. 192, you can just make it an even 200 and click OK. So I want to go in there and modify this as…
