In this movie, I'll show you how to import and graph…data inside of Illustrator so that you're working from real hard numbers.…I'm going to switch over to my starter document, and if you'er working along with…me, you'll want to turn off the Text layer to make things a little less confusing.…So, the first thing you have to do is draw…a boundary for your graph using one of the graph tools.…And they're all located down here in this one Flyout menu.…I'll go ahead and…release on the tear off bar, so that we can see this free floating tool bar.…
And notice by default the Column Graph tool…is selected and it creates vertical bar graphs.…If you want to create a horizontal bar graph as…I do, then you select the Standard Bar Graph tool.…You can also choose from a line graph or an area graph or a pie chart as well.…But you don't need to worry too much about this up front…because you can always change your mind later, as I'll show you in a future movie.…But for my part, I am going to select the Bar…Graph tool, and then I'll close the toolbar like so.…
