- [Instructor] Before you start designing your own icons it's important to explore different graphic styles, and to clearly know which direction you want to take your icons in. And for this, there's a turn of inspiration available on the web, so be sure to get yourself inspired before you start designing and sketching. But choosing an icon style is one thing, sticking to it, is another because designing one simple individual icon is relatively easy, but designing a set of icons is a lot more difficult, so choosing a style's easy, maintaining it across the entire set is very very difficult. So what we'll do is we'll take a look at some examples of different icon styles and you'll see that this icons styles will have certain things in common.
