- What we're going to do this week is we're going to create a nice vanilla ice cream bar that's being dipped into a pool of chocolate. Sounds delicious, doesn't it? Okay, let's go in here and start creating our ice cream bar. Now let's choose my Rounded Rectangle Tool, and I've set it to Path. Now, the default is Shape, I want it to be Path. I've also played with the default of Radius to give me a nice, big, rounded corner. I'm going to go in here and create a basic shape. There it is. Now, it's automatically a shape, so the Properties pops up, no problem. We're going to go in here and manipulate this a little bit. So I'm going to go in here and just select that point with the Direct Selection Tool, I'm going to click on that and hit Delete. Yes, that means that this is no longer a Shape, it is now a Path. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to take my Pen Tool, I'm going to click and drag from this point right here. See? That gave me a new handle. And then I'll close it off…
