- [Instructor] Graphic styles record appearance properties so you can easily apply them to other objects. Let's take a closer look. I've created a couple of appearance properties on these paths that I've drawn on the art board here. You can see in the appearance panel, this one has a stroke of black and white, and this one has a stroke of black, yellow, and black. What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna open my graphic styles panel and what this panel allows me to do is basically take any object that has appearance properties and drag it into the graphic styles panel to save that for reuse later on. I'm gonna drag both of these in there. What you're gonna find now is that if I were to just draw a line and apply one of these graphic styles, it's going to apply those appearance attributes to that object. Now what's really cool about that is that if I create some text, I'm gonna make it nice and bold and big, so we can see this. Let me change this to the bold version. It doesn't matter what…
