Gradients and clipping paths
- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to create Groucho's cigar. Bearing in mind, of course, that it's an iconic element, this is in no way, shape, or form intended to be an endorsement of smoking, in fact, don't ever smoke kids. Alright, go ahead and switch over to our document in progress, and the first thing I need to do is turn on the tracing template, and wouldn't you know it, there's a keyboard shortcut for that, and it's Control + W, or Command + Shift + W on a Mac, and if that doesn't work, just try tapping the keyboard shortcut a second time, after which point you should be able to hide and show the tracing template at will. Again, that's Control + Shift + W, or Command + shift + W, don't just press Control or Command + W, or you will close your document. Alright, so, I'll go ahead and zoom in here on the ash to start with, and obviously, that's an elliptical element, so I'll go ahead, and click and hold on the shape tool icon and select the Ellipse Tool from the fly-out…
