Finding a symbol and creating an instance

In this exercise, I am going to show you how to make an instance of a symbol and I'll show you how to replace one instance with a totally different instance and along the way, I'm going to pass along this really great trick that's super useful for finding a specific symbol inside of a big symbol document like this one here. And it works beautifully on the PC, but it's a little bit broken on the Mac and I will show you workaround and hopefully Adobe will get around to fixing this glitch on the Mac at some point in the future. But in the meantime you'll have an alternate method. So we've got just a tone of symbols inside this illustration and ultimately the symbol we're going to want to use is this guy right there, Tiki Idol. So remember that but let's say, you know you want to get to Tiki Idol but you can't for the life of you find it inside this big list here. What do you do?
