The Eyedropper tool
- [Instructor] Maybe you're disinclined to create a graphic style or you're too busy and you're working, you're in the moment, but you see something and you want to grab the appearance from it. Well, the eyedropper tool can actually do that for you. What you need to do is tap "I" to get to the eyedropper tool, and then double-click on the tool to make sure that the check box at the very top, the one that says appearance, is selected for picking up and applying the appearance. Once you've don't that, what you can do is then select items, so if I just select these three rectangles at the bottom here and click on something that I would like to apply this style, then they get the style straightaway. So that's another way that you can quickly and rapidly apply styles or a whole bunch of objects.
