Drawstrings
- [Instructor] For the final movie in this chapter, we're going to go over how to make a drawstring, and I think this is pretty cool. First we're going to draw a path with the pen tool. We're going to make sure that the path has no fill. We want the stroke to be two points, and we want to make sure it's round round. Now we can open the appearance panel, which is clicking on these three ellipses. We're going to add a second stroke by clicking on the stroke icon in the bottom left corner, and the second stroke needs to be one point, white, and again, we want to make sure that it's round caps and round corners. That's it. We just made a beautiful drawstring. We can save this as a graphic style. Let's call it drawstring, and now we can apply it whenever we need a drawstring. The cool thing about doing it this way is it gives us complete flexibility in editing the drawstring. If I take my white arrow and manipulate this in any way, the drawstring stays perfect, which is pretty cool. So…
