- [Instructor] In this movie I'll show you how to create a third variety of anchor point, which is known generally as a cusp. And this is a variety of corner point that occurs at the intersection of two curving segments or a curved segment and a straight one. And so I'll go ahead and turn off my most recent layer right there and I'll Alt or Option + click on the page icon to force the display of the Layer Options dialog box and I'll just go ahead and call this guy cusp points this time around. And I will change the color to Orange and then click OK. Now I'm going to start things off by demonstrating what a cusp looks. And so I'll go ahead and grab the Ellipse Tool right here and then I'll draw to create, let's say a circle. I'll just go ahead and press the Shift key as I create this shape.
