Deleting and scaling artboards

- In this movie, I'll show you how to delete and scale artboards inside of Illustrator, because after all, you can have as many artboards as you like, anywhere from one to 100, and those artboards can all be different sizes and orientations, so let's say what I want to do is, I want to get rid of artboard 8 and then I want to fill in that newly vacated space with artboard 7, so that artboard 7 is about twice as wide as it is now. The first thing I'm going to do of course, is switch to the Artboard Tool, which once again, you can get by pressing shift + o, and then notice this little X in the top of each one of these artboards. If you click on it, that'll go ahead and close the artboard which is the same as deleting it inside of Illustrator. Another way to work, I'll go ahead and press control + z or command + z on the Mac, to bring back that artboard, is to click on it and/or to select it, and then just press the "backspace" key or the "delete" key on a Mac.
