- [Instructor] Welcome to Drawing Vector Graphics Laboratory. How do you create elegant, thick and thin line work, if you don't have a Wacom tablet, with pressure sensitivity inside of Illustrator. In this movie, I'm going to demonstrate one way you could pull this off and achieve an authentic look and feel, to your vector line work. So, let's get started. Now, the good thing about this style, specifically, in the methodology, to pull it off is that the drawing you have to do is just line work, meaning you don't have to create volume or form, because the tool we're going to use is going to allow you to do that easier. All you have to focus on is lines, drawing lines. So, here's the design I created, where I didn't work out the volume of the actual line, I just created the path in which I want it to follow. So, it's an easier form of drawing. So, that's good you can simplify down anything you need and one way you could pull it off is you could use photo reference, put tracing paper…
