Creating states for your UI

Now that we've got our nav bar all laid out, it's time to start adding some states and other things to this nav bar to make it a little bit more functional and to make it look a little bit better as well. So the first thing I'm going to do is just start altering the buttons. And I'm going to do that by working in the Symbols panel. So if you don't have your Symbols panel out in the screen, just go ahead and pull that out. And then, I'm going to start with the home button here. So I'm just going to double-click. And when I double-click it takes me into Symbol Editing mode as we know. And so what we're going to do here is we are going to turn this into an actual navigation looking button. So, first things first, I'm going to go over my Swatches panel here. And we're going to change the color. So I'm going to give it just this color right here. The RGB values are 189 for the red, 204 for the green, 212 for the blue, it's just a light blue color. And so I'm going to start with that, and…
