(object exploding) - [Instructor] Welcome to Drawing Vector Graphics Laboratory! I've always found it interesting what inspires someone to create? I recently watched a documentary about John F. Kennedy and he said the following quote in his inaugural speech, "Those who foolishly sought power by riding the back "of the tiger ended up inside." I love the visual metaphor that that painted in my mind when I heard that. I'd never heard that quote before and it motivated me to create the artwork we'll go over in this movie. So let's jump into this and get started. Great quote, and because it has tiger in it, we get to work on a tiger which is always a fun theme to work on. Now we're not doing it realistically. We're going to be very graphic and stylized with the tiger graphic we're going to create. But referencing real-world reference is going to give you those cues to help discern how to shape, form and detail something regardless of the specific style. So it's important to look at good…
