- [Instructor] Welcome to Drawing Vector Graphics Laboratory. In this movie, we'll take a design we created in vector format, we'll take all the layers from this artwork and bring it into Photoshop. And then we're going to use Photoshop brushes to detail our artwork. It's a good example of how you can leverage the strength of both applications to make the creative process easier. Now, I was approached about this process from somebody who asked me a question and said, "You know, brushes in Illustrator "aren't super easy to work with." And I totally agree with that. You can do it, but, compared to Photoshop, it's night and day difference in terms of utilizing brushes. So I'm going to show you how you can still create your vector-based artwork and then take that artwork into Photoshop and use brushes there, because it does tend to be a little simpler.
