Creating a double-outline burst balloon

- A more recent invention, the double outline balloon, is a quick and easy way to make the dialogue within a balloon appear louder and stand out. At this point, I'm going to back up and take a look at the page that we've done so far as a whole and kind of look at how the balloons are balancing with each other. First of all, it looks to me like this "Ahrr!" we need to unlock the lettering layer, select that whole thing. It looks a little bit small. A bit bigger and it's okay for it to burst out of the panel boards as long as it's not going up into the previous panel. That would be a mistake I wouldn't want to make because it would lead the reader down from the first panel into the third without reading the second. So I want to make sure it stays out of the first panel, but it's okay to burst out of that one. It could even go into the next panel. As long as you're leading the reader in the right direction, it's fine to overlap panel borders. So the "Ahrr!" is looking pretty good…
