- Alright, in a previous movie, we saw how you can create Cusp Points by deleting a single, smooth point from a circle and then joining the remaining end points with a straight segment. In this movie, I'll show you another way to make cusp points, and that's by subtracting one collection of shapes from another. And what this will allow us to do is create these six sections right here, inside of our stylized orange slice. So, the first thing I'm going to do is once again, grab my Ellipse Tool and then, rather than dragging from the intersection of these two guides right there, I want to create a new shape by the numbers. So, in other words, I want to bring up a dialog box and I want to center that shape at this exact location, right there. And to do that, you press the Alt key or the Option key on a Mac, and in this case, that, make sure that you're centering the shape and then you click.
