Creating a borderless background

- [Instructor] All right, our tree's looking pretty good. But it needs a colorful background. And so I'm going to show you how to draw such a background and keep it borderless, so that it extends beyond the boundaries of the artboard. All right, so the first step is to press Ctrl + Minus or Cmd + Minus on the Mac in order to zoom out. And so notice that we're missing our red bleed boundary. What happened to it? Well Illustrator went ahead and hid the bleed along with the guides. And so to bring it back, you need to go over here to the properties panel. Notice these guides options right here, and click on the first icon in order to bring back the guides. All right, now we want to draw a rectangle that fills the bleed boundary. And so I'll go ahead and click and hold on the line segment tool. And then I'll select the rectangle tool from the top of the flyout menu. And now you want to position your cursor at any one of…
