- [Voiceover] The second part of the new export…options equation in Illustrator CC 2015…corresponds to individual asset export.…This is something that has really been a challenge…for people who work in Illustrator, especially people…who have really complex designs, because you would…have to use individual art boards…for assets or save for web using slices.…It was a work-around.…So now we actually have the ability to export out…assets any time we want, using this new…panel inside of Illustrator.…If I go the Window menu here, I'll bring it up.…It's called Asset Export, and by default it's stored…right over here in your panels,…but I just had mine temporarily closed.…
The Asset Export panel allows you to, as your working,…add assets to this panel and work with them…and then export them out any time you need to.…So, for instance, if I wanted to take this icon…of the movie camera here, and hit the New button,…it's going to go ahead and add that asset to the panel.…I can also do the same thing for the rest of these icons.…
