Clean up artwork in Photoshop

- [Instructor] Unfortunately, not everything is as simple as a scanned in piece of artwork, or a faxed copy of a logo, or even a black and white version of a vector logo. Sometimes it's just what you see here. A sketch that someone has drawn and they would love for you to turn it into vector artwork. I've had people send me pictures of their pets, sketches like this, you name it, I've had people send it to me, and they want me to change it into something that they can blow up or put on a billboard, or whatever the case may be. And this is something that really is difficult to do, and requires you to do a little bit of cleanup before you get started. So in this movie we're going to be exploring some different ways that I cleanup artwork inside of Photoshop. So the first thing we need to do is create a duplicate layer here with Command or Control + J. Now why do I do that? I do that because I want to be able to go back and forth between the original so that I can bring back any detail…
