- So here we are back at our poster…and I've completed the initial sketch of Sherlock.…And what I want to do now is, I want to start building…up textures in my design by using my marker brushes.…If you want to see a preview of this,…it's layers two, three, and four…were used to build up the texture for the character.…Now, when it comes to using your maker brushes,…there's a lot of tricks you can utilize and I'm going…to go through them one-by-one.…To start, we're going to add a layer…and we're going to put it underneath the O1 sketch layer…so that we can still see the sketch on top of this…as a guide as we're going through.…
Next, I'm going to switch over to one of my markers…and I'm going to choose a color.…I actually used this teal color that I have…over in the Swatches panel for us,…so I'm going to utilize that.…Then, going into my figure,…I'm going to start to add…some marker renders in here.…Now, I can change my size again using my stroke weight,…so I'm going to stick with the 1 point stroke to start with…
