- [Narrator] You can build your…own workspaces in Illustrator,…to suit your own individual or task specific requirements.…I'm here in Illustrator.…I've got a file open, I'm actually working on…right at the moment.…It isn't included in the exercise files.…It's just here to spare you from…looking at a blank canvas.…I thought it'd be a bit more interesting,…while we're talking.…But I'm going to make a workspace.…Because the Essentials workspace here…does have quite a lot of things…in this task focused or context sense…that we're working I think is really smart.…
But there are some things I want in addition to this.…So I'm going to introduce a couple of other panels.…I'm a very intensive user of the appearance panel.…And while I can get certain appearance…attributes when I've got things selected,…I can't get everything I need.…So what I'm going to do is add this to my workspace.…I'm just going to move over to the side here.…And you'll notice this blue line appears.…And it's going to add it at that location,…which is just fine.…
