Auto-deleting and adding swatches

- In this movie, I'll show you another way to manage swatches inside of Illustrator, and that's by deleting and adding entire collections of swatches at a time. So, in my case, in addition to these carefully curated global swatches that I have going, I also have just all the default swatches that come with the print document. Let's say that I have no intention of using CMYK Red and Yellow and these other colors. Well then, you can select a bunch of swatches by clicking on one and then shift clicking on another. And that'll select an entire range of swatches. If you want to add nonadjacent swatches to the selection, then you control click, and that's a command click on the Mac. And then you would go ahead and click on the trashcan icon to delete them, at which point you'll get a warning, and I'll tell you about that in just a moment. But Illustrator also lets you select all the swatches that are going unused inside your document. And you do that by clicking on the flyout menu icon in…
