Adding a two-point stroke

- [Instructor] Now that we've covered drawing some basic flats, let's talk about how we can add a nice finishing touch to it before we do our layouts. Right now, the flats are drawn with consistent line weights. One point is used for all the style lines and 0.25 is what we used for all the stitches. We used a variation of 0.5, 0.75 for other small details and that's pretty standard, but they look really nice when you lay them out if you put a two point stroke around the entire perimeter of the flat and I've got a really, really cool way to do that. So let me show you, we're going to first take the two flats and we're going to group them together. This is an important step, so right click Group. Now that they're grouped together, we're going to use a panel that I haven't shown you yet. It's called the Appearance panel and it looks like a little sun over here.
