Adding and deleting anchor points
- In this movie, I'm gonna show you the power of adding and deleting anchor points. So, as we saw in the previous movie, you can add an anchor point just by clicking on a selected segment with the Pen Tool, which means that we can draw these lower teeth using any shape we like. For example, I could go ahead and switch from the Star back to the Rectangle Tool, and I could just draw a rectangle wherever. It doesn't even matter what size or shape it is. Now, I'll go ahead and press the "a" key, in order to switch back to my white arrow tool. I'll click on an anchor point to select it, and then, I'll drag the anchor points around a little bit, like so, and so I'll trace along the edge of one of these teeth, although, it's not really essential that you do, but I might as well at this point in time. And now, I'm gonna add a bunch of anchor points along this top segment, so notice that the shape is partially selected, that's all it needs to be. In this case, this one anchor point happens to…
