- Hi, my name is Mordy Golding and welcome to Illustrator Insider Training, coloring artwork. Many of us take color for granted, now don't get me wrong I'm not saying that we don't spend a lot of time thinking about color. As designers, color is an important part of just about anything that we create. But it's more than just a fill attribute. I'll discuss the many ways that you can actually define and organize color in Illustrator. Then we'll explore a world of color inspiration. Where we can build pals of colors that work perfectly for any task.

Once you have a solid understanding of how Illustrator thinks about color. I'll show you how easy it is to manipulate and modify colors at will. I'll even show you how to convert colors to grayscale, and grayscale back to color. And help you understand basic color management and proofing settings.
