- When I said 80% of the personality of the character comes from their face, I would say about more than half of that is in the eyes. So I'm going to go ahead on over to our villain here, make a new layer, and I'm going to take the face that we've already started fleshing out for him. So, bad face here. And I'm going to just turn that down, so that once again we can see all the new stuff that we're doing. If you're working on paper, you can't really turn your paper down, so take out some scrap sheets of paper, if you're working on a light box, just lay those over, and what we're going to do now, is kind of bang through various eye options for what we might use on this villain. So it kind of goes without saying that there are a thousand different types of eyes. Now he's got big eyes. He's got really small eyes.
