- So, how did your drawn notes come out? How did people respond to them? Did you figure out any other sneaky ways to share the drawings? That's always fun to do. Let me show some clever ways I decided to handle this challenge. Now when you approach this challenge, it's as simple as doodling. You can even work in some hand lettering as shown here. So let's say somebody I work with did a good job and I want to encourage them. So I'll use Post-it notes. I like using Post-it notes because I can tear it off and place it on their cubicle wall, or wherever I want it to go, and it stays in place. So this is as complex as it has to get. It doesn't need to get a whole lot more complex than that. Here's a good assortment of encouraging notes I've drawn out in various topics and themes. Maybe you want to make somebody smile, so they open up a book and they see that. Or you want to tell them they're awesome, or that you're hooked on them, or the free hug. Whatever the message is to encourage them.…
