I'm Dave Pultorak and I've contributed to ITIL, version two, and I've been teaching people ITIL concepts and helping them to apply them for almost 20 years now. This course is part of Putting ITIL Into Practice series where we take up where ITIL leaves off. Filling in the blanks for situations where, for example, ITIL simply mentions the technique but doesn't explain how to do it or describes a concept but doesn't explain how to apply it in practice. I love helping people move concepts into practice, especially ones I know can make a huge difference in their day-to-day work and the work of their teams and organization.
