Value perception and stakeholder relations

- [Instructor] Your services should be perceived to be a value by your customers, users, suppliers and members of your provider organization. In fact, all key stakeholders of your services should see them as valuable. And you should have a good relationship with all your key stakeholders. By good I don't mean simply that you're likable. A good relationship is one born out of sometimes hard conversations to drive at what is really needed and what the wherewithal is that we'll need to consistently deliver on what is needed. Sustainably, over time and through change. And remember value resides in the mind of the stakeholder. So it's not enough to simply work to get better reality. You must also work to get better perception because perception is a strong part of the value equation and cannot be ignored.
