- [Instructor] Business services are the services delivered by the businesses that are supported by your services as an IT service provider. For example, you may provide an order entry system, the IT service, and the business provides an order entry service, the business service. For each of your services, can you draw a line between it and the business service or services it underpins? Unknown or underserved stakeholders are a risk that must be surfaced and dealt with to preempt stakeholder dissatisfaction issues. So here we'll employ the second way, enlighten and empower people, as an example of how to apply this concept. Here's how. Get a list of services. If you can't locate one, you have found your action. List your services that you provide, and for each, the business service it underpins. Mark each with a dot to indicate its state.
